DESCRIPTION:A fun evening to remember! Make your own molded chocolates while learning about chocolate.\n\n\n\nChocolatier Kathryn Neel will talk about chocolate while the big pot of chocolate melts. Then each individual will get chocolate piled on their mold. The friendly Sappho staff will show you how to spread it out to fill the mold\, how to get the air bubbles out of the chocolate\, scrape off the excess chocolate\, and pop the finished pieces from the mold. \n\n\n\nYou keep the chocolate you make. Plastic bags will be provided so you can take with you what you don't eat. \n\n\n\nBring your significant other or get a group of friends together and join the fun or come by yourself and make new friends. \n\n\n\nWater will be provided\, or you can bring your favorite beverage.\n\n\n\nRECOMMENDATIONS: Wear clothes you don't mind getting messy or bring an apron to wear. Bring a cooler so the chocolate you don't eat won't melt on the ride home\, especially if you're not going straight home from the event. \n\n\n\nCome prepared to have fun and learn a lot of things about chocolate you probably don't know.
