SANTA will be making a very special guest appearance at 7:00 p.m. with FREE horse-drawn carriage rides around City Center available. The Kenneth W. Parker Amphitheater is located at 2001 City Center Circle. For information on the festivities\, contact the Parks and Recreation Department at 386-506-5851.
