Participants will be engaged in challenging and motivating exercises to develop their leadership and professional \n\nskills through:\n\n	Dedicated leadership coursework \n	Field trips\n	Interactive seminars\n	Team building skills \n	Meetings with key community leadership\n\n \n\nCertification\n\nUpon completion of the program you will receive a Graduation Certificate and become a member of the Leadership Alumni Association\, an organization working to improve the quality of leadership in our area.
