Saturday, February 1st at 10:00 AM - This Fitness and Faith event is open to the public so bring a friend! Regardless of your current fitness level, from couch potatoes to Elite athletes you will actually have fun working out. Our coaches will help you move safely at your own pace. This exciting Fitness and Faith event will happen the first Saturday of each month from 10:00-11:00 am. We will take everyone through a fun warm up and a partner workout. At 11:00 AM we will have a short inspirational message from Coach Kelly. We will meet at the new weight room between Warner Christian Academy and White Chapel Church. 1730 S Ridgewood Ave, S Daytona, FL 32119
