Description
Kidney Smart is a FREE class aimed to educate those with diabetes, high blood pressure, Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD), or a family history of CKD Kidney disease. Class will learn about How the kidneys work How to potentially slow the progression of kidney disease through dietary and lifestyle change -What resources are available to manage diet and cook a variety of flavorful kidney-friendly meals
