If you're ready to quit tobacco, help is FREE! Join us at Florida Hospital Memorial for a free class offering tools to quit all forms of tobacco. Sponsored by the Northeast Florida AHEC and the Florida Department of Health. Program offers free nicotine replacement therapy* (while supplies last), educational materials, and follow-up support.
