Free CREATION Health Workshop

You're invited to CREATION Health — a faith-based wellness program that focuses on whole-person care, complete with evidence-based lifestyle plans and a special training program! CREATION Health is more than just diet and exercise. For those who want to live healthier, happier, and longer lives, this unique educational series will improve multiple areas of your life, truly helping you to live healthy — and feel great! The series will feature talks by guest speakers on relevant health topics, as well as healthy food tastings, interactive discussions, and presentations on evidence-based medical data to encourage a healthy lifestyle. With CREATION Health, you'll learn the eight universal principles of health to help you live life to the fullest! The workshop will be held every Wednesday night from 6-7:30 p.m. from August 2nd through September 20th. Workshop is free. Registration is required. All materials will be provided.
