Description
Join us for a free workshop at The Running Elements in Port Orange. Presented by a certified Florida Hospital physical therapist, Tyler Craun, and Dr. Hilaree Milliron, DPM from Atlantic Foot and Ankle Associates, "My Foot Hurts" will cover common foot injuries/pain due to running, walking, and exercise. Additional topics include plantar fasciitis, Achilles pain, and stress fractures. There will be a brief overview of anatomy, followed by self-treatment suggestions, and prevention exercises.
