As part of The Mark Card Team, Jennifer Card began her career in real estate in 1992. She attended Valdosta State University and earned a B.A. in Elementary Education and an A.S. in Legal Assisting. Since then, she has worked with hundreds of clients to make their move to a new beginning. Jennifer believes it is important to be an active part of the community and serves on the Spruce Creek High School Academy of Finance Advisory Board, and served as Chair. She is a volunteer instructor for Junior Achievement, teaching courses for Marketing, Personal Success, and Entrepreneurship. She currently serves on the Margarita Society Board of Directors, POSD Chamber Chairman of the Board of Directors, former Vice-Chair for Member Services, Economic Development Committee and  Education Team.

Our Producer/Director has written and produced hundreds of television programs, commercials and web videos for small businesses, government agencies and non-profit organizations since 1992. She traveled overseas as a Director of Photography shooting in over 10 countries such as Peru, Burma, China and Thailand. When not working behind the camera on corporate films, she utilizes her camera-eye as a Location Scout helping out of town producers find the perfect location to shoot in Florida. Multiple Business Owner: My hometown is Bismarck; North Dakota and I grew up working on my grandfather’s wheat farm. Today I live in Daytona Beach and enjoy the Florida lifestyle. I have a deep-seeded love for God and Country.  I come from a career military family.  Like myself, my Father, three brothers, and husband are also Veterans and retirees from military service. Our parents raised us in a loving Christian home where respect, responsibility, discipline, and service to others was not only taught but expected.

I am a product of Volusia County.  I was raised in Orange City.  I attended Our Lady of Lakes Catholic Church in Deltona.  I was schooled at St. Peter’s Catholic School in DeLand, Deltona Jr. High School, and DeLand Senior High School.  I retired after serving 22 years in the United States Navy.  I returned to Volusia County and returned to school. I graduated from Daytona State College as a Pastry Chef.
