Appliance Field Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances including:
  • Washers and dryers
  • Refrigerators and freezers
  • Ranges, ovens, and cooktops
  • Dishwashers
  • Microwaves
• Perform in-home service calls throughout Volusia and Flagler Counties.
• Accurately troubleshoot electrical and mechanical appliance issues.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Complete service paperwork and work orders accurately.
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in residential environments.
• EPA certification is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
