Victory Driving Academy is growing, and we’re looking for the right kind of person to grow with us.

We don’t just teach people how to drive — we build confidence, independence, and a stronger community. Every lesson is an opportunity to change a life. If that sounds like something you’d be proud to be part of, we want to hear from you.

We are currently hiring driving instructors. Pay starts at $20 per hour, with a $50 bonus for every 10 completed lessons. We provide the car. You provide the patience, professionalism, and passion.

Requirements:

• Good character and a clean driving record

• A valid Florida driver’s license

• Must enjoy working with both teens and adults

• Reliable, calm, and safety-focused
