We perform all types of property inspections from single family dwellings to high rise commercial buildings. Our current clientele includes but is not limited to residential and commercial property purchasers and owners, real estate brokers and agents, HOA board members, property managers, property insurance brokers and agents, and mortgage brokers for HUD & FHA related purchases for modular and mobile homes. We have on staff a licensed certified general contractor, professional structural engineer, licensed mold inspector, three licensed home inspectors, FHA inspector and 2 EPA Universal card certificate holders.
